1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the UI Components Library for Bubble.io
• "Subscriber" or "User" refers to any individual or entity that has purchased access to the Service
• "Components" refers to any UI elements, plugins, or related materials included in the library

2. Subscription and Access

2.1. By subscribing to the Service, users gain access to the complete library of UI components for Bubble.io.

2.2. Access is granted upon successful payment processing and continues for the duration of the subscription period.

2.3. The subscription is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processor.

3.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing access to the components for more than 72 consecutive hours
• Material misrepresentation of the Service's features
• Legal requirement in the subscriber's jurisdiction

3.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.4. No refund will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of technical knowledge to implement the components
• Project cancellation or change in requirements
• Partial or incomplete usage of the library

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

4.1. Permitted Uses

• Subscribers may use the components in unlimited Bubble.io projects while their subscription is active
• Components may be used in commercial and client projects
• Components may be implemented in applications developed for third parties
• Components may be modified to fit specific project requirements

4.2. Prohibited UsesComponents may not be:

• Redistributed or resold in their original form ("as-is")
• Incorporated into templates for sale or distribution
• Repackaged as part of a component library or design system
• White-labeled or represented as the user's own components
• Shared with non-subscribers
• Reverse engineered or decompiled
• Used to create derivative works for distribution

4.3. Client Projects

• Subscribers may use components in client projects without additional licensing
• Clients receive the right to use the implemented components in their specific project
• Clients do not receive direct access to the component library
• The subscriber remains responsible for component implementation and maintenance

4.4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the components remain with the Service provider
• No ownership rights are transferred through the subscription
• Modifications made for specific projects remain the property of the subscriber or their client, but may not be redistributed as standalone components

5. Service Updates and Modifications

5.1. The Service provider reserves the right to:

• Add, modify, or remove components
• Update pricing for new subscribers
• Modify these terms with 30 days notice

5.2. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes to the Service.

6. Technical Support

6.1. Basic implementation support is provided through documentation and community forums.

6.2. Direct technical support is provided based on the subscription tier level.

6.3. Support does not include:

• Custom development work
• Bubble.io platform support
• Third-party integration support
• Training services

7. Termination

7.1. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time:

• No refund will be provided for the current billing period
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• All future automatic renewals will be canceled

7.2. The Service provider reserves the right to terminate access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Sharing access with unauthorized users
• Attempted reverse engineering
• Non-payment or payment disputes

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8.2. The Service provider is not liable for:

• Implementation issues
• Project delays
• Business losses
• Data losses
• Third-party claims
